Eagles’ Songwriter Jack Tempchin Honored

In a show that was way too long coming, Tempchin will be honored in a Tribute to Jack Tempchin show at Anthology, 1337 India Street, on July 2. Doors open at 9:30 pm and the show runs from 10:00 pm to midnight.

In addition to Tempchin, artists appearing include: Candye Kane, Berkley Hart, Alex Woodard, Mike Riley (from the Allman Brothers,) Richard Stekol,(from the “Funky Kings,”, one of the bands Tempchin has played in), Steve Wood, (from “Honk,”) Carlos Olmeda and Laura Jansen. The first hour will be acoustic renditions of Tempchin songs, with the second hour devoted to electric numbers. Ultimately, Tempchin will join to perform with his devoted friends.
